Athens. Defence Exhibition Athens International Defence & Security Exhibition ‘DEFEA’ announced the name of French defense contractor Naval Group as Platinum Sponsor for the first edition of the event.

DEFEA is taking place at Metropolitan Expo Centre in Athens, Greece from July 13-15, 2021.

So far, 243 leading companies from 21 countries have registered themselves to take part in the exhibition.

This international defence and security expo is being organised jointly under the auspices of Hellenic Ministry of Defence General Directorate for Defence Investments and Armaments (GDDIA) and Hellenic Republic Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Insular Policy.

It is in cooperation with SEKPY, an Association of Hellenic Manufacturers of Defence Material which is a non-profit organisation whose main objective is to support and promote the interests of its members and to develop the local defence industry to meet domestic and international needs.
